Please help us to protect resources and use them sustainably. When leaving the room, please ensure that the lights and water are switched off/turned off and the windows are closed. If you do not need to change your towels/bath towels, please hang them on the hooks provided in the bathroom. We also ask you to avoid or separate waste wherever possible.

You will find ironing boards and irons in your closet and in our laundry rooms.
Your kitchenette is equipped with a kitchen set. Please note that, for safety reasons, the hotplates only work when the kitchen cover is fully open and the timer is switched on.
Our laundry room is located in the basement. You can use the WeWash app for convenient, cashless washing. You can find information about this in the app or from our team. If you would prefer to have your laundry cleaned, please hand it in at reception by 9.00 am from Monday to Friday. Please note that a minimum daily order value applies to the laundry service. This applies to the total collection for the day. You will usually receive the cleaned laundry back the same day in the evening. You will receive a price list and the laundry bag at the reception.
Living Hotels FM is the in-house radio station of Living Hotels and will accompany you not only during your stay, but also beyond. A limited number of parking spaces are available in our underground garage. Please contact the reception staff before entering the garage. The parking space costs EUR 15.00 per night.
From a rental of at least 14 nights the parking space costs EUR 6.00 per night.

Pets are warmly welcomed at our hotel. We kindly ask for your understanding that they are not allowed in the breakfast pavilion, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day and can be reached by telephone at any time. You can reach reception by telephone by pressing "100".
To continue offering you fair prices while also using resources responsibly, daily room cleaning for stays of 2 to a maximum of 13 nights is not provided automatically, but upon request.
Please inform the reception of your cleaning request by 6:00 pm the evening before. The cleaning service is, of course, free of charge. Fresh hand and bath towels as well as toilet paper are available free of charge at the reception at any time.
For stays longer than seven nights, your room will be cleaned automatically on the seventh day. Stays that were originally booked with a weekly cleaning schedule are excluded from this policy. However, you may request an additional cleaning at any time for an extra fee.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building and in the parking garage. This includes vaping and the use of e-cigarettes. If smoking occurs in a room, a deep-cleaning fee of EUR 250 will be charged, in addition to any costs incurred if the automatic fire alarm system is triggered and the fire department is dispatched. Repeated violations of the smoking ban will result in a permanent ban from the premises. Smoking is permitted outside the building in front of the hotel.
Charging e-scooters and e-bikes is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including in guest rooms and all other areas. This policy ensures your safety and compliance with fire safety regulations. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend using appropriate charging facilities outside the hotel.
In the main building there is a garbage chute at the end of the corridor on each floor. Guests of our annexe building will find the garbage containers in the inner courtyard. Please do not leave any garbage outside your apartment door or in the public areas.
We lend umbrellas (subject to availability) free of charge at reception.
There’s no need to travel across town to hit the gym. In fact, you don’t even have to leave your room or apartment! Simply borrow a fitness machine from us. We’ll bring it to your room, so that you can work off all your energy. Would you like to get outside for a bit? Our reception team recommends the most beautiful running routes through the Pegnitz Valley, the Kontumazgarten, or the Rosenau.
