We value friendliness and warmth. We’re not a huge, faceless hotel chain. Hospitality is our passion.

Our success story began in 1982 with the opening of the first Living Hotel in Rablstrasse in Munich. This first Living Hotel set the direction in which we are still heading today: With our 18 apartment hotels, we create individual spaces for working, staying and living in the best residential areas of cities such as Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and Vienna. And we do this as a family-run, medium-sized company.
