If you arrive by car, you have the option of parking your car in our underground garage. Please note that we only have a limited number of parking spaces, therefore advance reservations are not possible. The entrance to the garage is to the right of the hotel in Sieveringstraße. The price for a parking space is EUR 20.00 per night, from a stay of 14 nights we charge EUR 12.00 and from 28 nights EUR 9.00 per night.
Arrival by public transport
The "Oberdöbling" S-Bahn stop is a three-minute walk away and the Sieveringer Straße tram stop is a two-minute walk away. Bus line 39A stops directly in front of the hotel and takes you to the Heiligenstadt subway station in 11 minutes, from where you can take the U4 line to the main sights and transportation hubs.
The cancellation policy for your booking depends on the rate you have booked or wish to book. If you book the “Prepaid Rate,” free cancellation is unfortunately not possible. If you choose the “Daily Rate,” you have the option of canceling free of charge until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you booked directly with us, you can easily extend or cancel your reservation online. To do so, click on “Find reservation” and enter your reservation number and email address.
Check-in at our aparthotel in Vienna is possible from 3:00 p.m. However, our reception is staffed around the clock, so you can arrive at any time. We will be happy to store your luggage safely at the reception for you before check-in. If you have different arrival times or delays, please contact us in advance.
Yes, our hotel has its own underground car park, where you can park for an additional charge of €20.00 per night. For stays of 14 nights or more, we charge €12.00 per night, and for stays of 28 nights or more, we charge €9.00 per night.
