Arrival by public transport
The Gern subway and bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. The U1 subway line takes you to the main station with connections to the subway, S-Bahn and bus lines.
At the Living Hotel am Olympiapark, you can book different rates. However, if you do not arrive without canceling or cancel outside of this period, 100% of the total price will be charged. If you book the “Daily Rate,” you have the option to cancel free of charge until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you choose the “Prepaid Rate,” free cancellation is unfortunately not possible. If you booked directly with us, you can easily adjust or cancel your reservation online. To do so, click on “Find reservation” and enter your reservation number and email address.
Check-in before 3:00 p.m. is possible if a room is already available upon your arrival. We only offer guaranteed early arrival if you book the night before. We can store your luggage for you at any time at the reception desk, which is staffed around the clock. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is possible on request and for a fee. Our express check-out service is available for a hassle-free departure. Yes, dogs are very welcome here! We charge an additional fee of €15.00 per dog per night. For apartment bookings, we charge €80.00 per month. Dogs are welcome in all categories.
For an additional charge of €18.00 per day, you can park easily and conveniently in our in-house underground car park. For stays of 28 nights or more, the price is €15.00 per day. Here you also have the option of charging your electric vehicle with 100% green electricity. Our charging stations are equipped with type 2 plugs (22 kW). The underground car park is located approximately 100 meters from our hotel at the Olympic Park. You can pick up your key card at the reception desk upon arrival.
