Take part in our free functional training classes and train the key influencing factors for fitness in 60-minute sessions with different focal points: Cardiovascular training for endurance, strength exercises using your own body weight and flexibility and mobility exercises for improved stretching. Our experienced trainer Viktor adapts each session to your performance level so that you can get the best out of it! You can also book our fitness maisonettes with their own training mirror.
