For a convenient arrival by car, our hotel offers an underground parking garage at a rate of EUR 15.00 per night. The entrance is located to the right of the hotel entrance. Please stop briefly at the reception before entering to receive your key card. As only a limited number of parking spaces are available, they are allocated on-site. Unfortunately, reservations are not possible. We also offer six e-charging stations powered by 100% green electricity (Type 2, 22 kW). Please note that regular parking fees apply when using the charging stations.
Please also note that our hotel is located in an environmental zone. A valid green emissions sticker is required for arrival by car.

The “Gostenhof” underground station is only about a 3-minute walk away. From there, you can reach the main train station in approximately 10 minutes and the airport in about 20 minutes.
Yes, our Living Hotel Nuremberg has an underground car park. Here you can also charge your electric car with 100% green electricity. Our charging stations are equipped with Type 2 plugs (22 kW). Check-in before 3:00 pm is possible if your room is already available upon arrival. You can store your luggage at the reception desk at any time—it is staffed around the clock. Check-out is by 11:00 am; late check-out is possible on request and for a fee. Yes, our Superior and Maisonette apartments with separate living areas are particularly recommended for families. Children up to 6 years of age stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. From the age of 7, as well as for a second child, a surcharge of EUR 30.00 applies. Baby cots for children up to 2 years are provided free of charge. Connecting rooms are also available upon request.

Short-term rebooking or cancellation of your reservation is possible depending on the rate booked. In case of no-show or cancellation outside this period, you will be charged 100% of the total price. If you book the “Daily Rate,” you can cancel free of charge until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Free cancellation is not possible for bookings made at the “prepaid rate.” If you booked on our website, you can easily adjust or cancel your reservation online.
