One of the special amenities we offer is our bike hire service. Explore the city on two wheels and enjoy the freedom to experience your own adventures. Whether you want to explore the historic streets of Berlin or cycle along the banks of the Spree, our bikes are at your disposal. You can conveniently hire a bike from our reception and set off to discover the city in a sustainable and active way. Visitors can also hire bicycles including a bicycle lock. Please bring your passport or identity card with you when booking.

For a convenient arrival by car, underground parking spaces are available at a rate of EUR 19.00 per night. The entrance is located 150 meters from the hotel (Fischerinsel 15). Please register briefly at the reception before entering. As only a limited number of spaces are available, allocation is done on-site. Unfortunately, reservations are not possible.

Arrival by public transport
The “Märkisches Museum” U-Bahn station is only about a 2-minute walk away. From there, you can reach the main train station in approximately 20 minutes and Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) in about 40 minutes.
Yes, we offer underground parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of our hotel (approx. 150 m away, Fischerinsel 15), which can be used for an additional charge of €19.00 per night. However, advance reservations are not possible; the availability of parking spaces will be checked upon arrival.
Depending on traffic conditions, Berlin Brandenburg Airport can be reached from our hotel in 40 minutes by car and 50 minutes by train. When departing, please allow sufficient time to account for any waiting times or delays and thus avoid arriving late at the airport.
At our Living Hotel Großer Kurfürst, you can expect modern business rooms with a combined living and sleeping area, as well as superior double rooms with separate living and sleeping areas. Both categories have a bathroom and ideal home office facilities. Our allergy-friendly double rooms also feature plastic flooring, allergy-friendly bedding and a ventilation system with pollen filters, because your health is our top priority. For longer stays, we also offer apartments ranging from compact deluxe to spacious executive apartments with up to 60 m² of space, separate areas and a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight is the two-storey Kurfürsten Suite with up to 70 m², a gallery, panoramic windows and its own kitchen.
Check-in is possible before 3 p.m., provided your room is already available upon arrival. We only offer guaranteed early arrival if you book the previous night. You can leave your luggage at reception at any time – it is staffed around the clock. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.; late check-out is possible on request and for a fee. Want to explore Berlin on two wheels? No problem, our hotel has a bike rental service where you can easily and quickly rent a bike. The price for the first day is €15.00, and each subsequent day is charged at €10.00. The price includes a bike lock. Depending on the booked rate, breakfast is either included or can easily be added to your reservation. Adults pay EUR 24.00 per person, while children aged 7 to 12 are charged EUR 12.00. Breakfast is complimentary for children under 7 years of age.
