Arrival by public transport
The Marienplatz stop is just a few minutes' walk away. All S-Bahn lines take you to the main station within three stops, with connections to the U-Bahn, S-Bahn and bus lines.
Depending on traffic conditions, the journey from our hotel to Munich Airport takes approximately 40 minutes by car. If you wish to use public transportation, you can take the S1 or S8 at the Marienplatz stop or the S8 at the Isartor stop. The S1 takes about 45 minutes, and the S8 takes about 38 minutes. Both stops are a 5-10 minute walk from our hotel. So plan on about an hour for the trip. We'd recommend keeping an eye on the traffic situation and any train delays beforehand to avoid arriving late at the airport.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the offer. For our apartment rates, free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. If you book the “Daily Rate,” you have the option to cancel free of charge until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
