A special feature of our hotel are the allergy-friendly rooms, which have been tested by the European Foundation for Allergy Research. Here you will find various features such as pollen filters and air conditioning (windows cannot be opened).
On request, you will receive a baby crib in your room free of charge. If you have visitors during your stay, please register them at reception. We will then provide you with the prices for an extra bed from a single to a double room and for extra beds.
We are happy to provide you with a bathrobe or slippers on request.
Bicycles can be rented at reception.
Our reception will be happy to order a cab for you at any time. Please note that there may be longer lead times for ordering a cab during trade fairs.
Avoid daily room cleaning, protect the environment and support charitable organizations, because Living Hotels donates €4 for every cleaning that is not carried out. More information is available at reception or here. If you would like to take advantage of this voluntary offer, you must inform us before the first cleaning.
Select from a large selection of current newspapers and magazines and read them conveniently and free of charge on your notebook or mobile device. Please note that you must be connected to our free WIFI to use this offer.
When leaving the room, please make sure that the lights and water are switched off and the windows are closed.
Parking spaces are available in the neighboring parking garage. Further information is available at reception.
Various cosmetics and toiletries are available free of charge at reception.
Ironing in the room is not permitted for fire safety reasons. However, you will find our laundry and ironing room in the basement, which is available to you around the clock.
If you would like to have your laundry cleaned, please hand it in at reception by 08:30. You will usually receive your laundry back 1-2 days later (Mon-Fri). Price lists are available in your closet together with a laundry bag. If you would like to wash your clothes yourself, our laundry and ironing room is available around the clock. Detergent is available at reception for €2 per wash. Laundry racks for your room can be borrowed from reception.
You are welcome to leave suitcases and other items of luggage at reception. This service is free of charge for you.
Due to our allergy-friendly rooms, pets are not permitted in our hotel.
A computer with printer is available in the hotel lobby.
Reception is staffed around the clock. You can reach our reception team by calling "100".
Smoking is not permitted in the public areas of our hotel. However, we do offer smoking rooms (subject to availability).
You will find a trouser press in the side of your closet. The ironing process takes 15 to 20 minutes. Please select the desired duration and then press "Start".
Umbrellas can be borrowed free of charge from reception.
