Avoid daily room cleaning, protect the environment and support charitable organizations, because Living Hotels donates €4 for every cleaning that is not carried out. More information is available at reception or here. If you would like to take advantage of this voluntary offer, you must inform us before the first cleaning.

Select from a large selection of current newspapers and magazines and read them conveniently and free of charge on your notebook or mobile device. Please note that you must be connected to our free WIFI to use this offer.

Please help us to protect resources and use them sustainably. When leaving the room, please ensure that the lights and water are switched off/turned off and the windows are closed. If you do not need to change your towels/bath towels, please hang them on the hooks provided in the bathroom. We also ask you to avoid or separate waste wherever possible.

If you have visitors, we will be happy to provide you with an extra bed, subject to availability. Information on this is available at reception. The following rules apply to children's and baby cribs per night:

• up to and including 6 years: free of charge in the parent's bed
• from 7 years: 30,00 EUR

There is a "Billa Corso" on the first floor of our building and a "Spar" in the adjacent building. Both supermarkets are open from Monday to Saturday.

You will find washing machines and dryers in our laundry room in the basement. You can use the "WeWash" app for cashless washing and drying. You can find information about this in the app or from our reception team. If you prefer to have your laundry cleaned, you can hand it in at reception. Please use the clothes bag provided in your closet and fill out the enclosed cleaning form. If you leave your laundry at reception before 09:00 am, you will usually receive it back on the morning of the next working day. If you need your laundry on the same working day, this is possible for an express surcharge of 50%. Your laundry will then be delivered again at around 7:00 pm. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the return of your laundry will be delayed until the next working day. Wash €4.50 / Dry €4.00
