Please help us to protect resources and use them sustainably. When leaving the room, please ensure that the lights and water are switched off/turned off and the windows are closed. If you do not need to change your towels/bath towels, please hang them on the hooks provided in the bathroom. We also ask you to avoid or separate waste wherever possible.

Ironing boards and irons are available free of charge in our laundry room.
Your kitchen is equipped with a kitchen set. Please note that for safety reasons, the hobs only work when the kitchen roller shutter is fully open, the light is on and the timer is switched on. Please do not turn the timer back!
The laundry room is located in the basement. You can use the WeWash app for convenient, cashless washing and drying. You can find more information in the app or at reception.

Charging e-scooters and e-bikes is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including in guest rooms and all other areas. This policy ensures your safety and compliance with fire safety regulations. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend using appropriate charging facilities outside the hotel.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building and in the parking garage. This includes vaping and the use of e-cigarettes. If smoking occurs in a room, a deep-cleaning fee of EUR 250 will be charged, in addition to any costs incurred if the automatic fire alarm system is triggered and the fire department is dispatched. Repeated violations of the smoking ban will result in a permanent ban from the premises. Smoking is permitted outside the building in front of the hotel.
A limited number of parking spaces are available in our underground garage. Please contact the reception staff before entering the garage. The parking space costs EUR 24.00 per night. From a rental of at least 14 nights the parking space costs EUR 14.00 per night.
In order to continue offering fair and attractive prices despite rising operating costs while also using resources sustainably, daily room cleaning for stays of 2 to a maximum of 13 nights is no longer provided automatically, but only upon request.
Please inform our reception by 6:00 pm on the previous evening if you would like your room to be cleaned. This service naturally remains free of charge. Fresh hand and bath towels as well as toilet paper are available free of charge at the reception at any time.
For stays of seven nights or more, your room will be cleaned automatically on the seventh day. Thank you for your understanding and support.
