If you wish, you can park your bicycle free of charge in the underground parking garage box 58. You will receive the key for the box against signature at reception. Please lock your bike separately in the box. Alternatively, you can also use our bicycle cellar in the adjacent building, which you can access with your room key. Please note that we do not accept any liability.
Select from a large selection of current newspapers and magazines and read them conveniently and free of charge on your notebook or mobile device. Please note that you must be connected to our free WIFI to use this offer.

Please help us to protect resources and use them sustainably. When leaving the room, please ensure that the lights and water are switched off/turned off and the windows are closed. If you do not need to change your towels/bath towels, please hang them on the hooks provided in the bathroom. We also ask you to avoid or separate waste wherever possible.
An iron and ironing board can be borrowed from reception, subject to availability.
When the kitchen blinds are pushed up, the kitchen lighting switches on automatically. The kitchen ventilation and the hobs only work when the light is switched on and the timer is set at the same time. Kitchens without roller blinds, on the other hand, have a separate ventilation switch.
Our laundry room is located in the basement. You can use the WeWash app to conveniently wash and dry your laundry. You can obtain information about this via the app or at reception.
Living Hotels FM is the in-house radio station of Living Hotels and will accompany you not only during your stay, but also beyond. Look forward to a hand-picked selection of acoustic, relax, and lounge sounds—perfectly tailored to every mood and ideal for an atmosphere of complete relaxation and well-being.
Charging e-scooters and e-bikes is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including in guest rooms and all other areas. This policy ensures your safety and compliance with fire safety regulations. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend using appropriate charging facilities outside the hotel.
A limited number of parking spaces are available in our underground garage. Please contact the reception staff before entering the garage. The parking space costs EUR 18.00 per night, from a rental of at least 28 nights the parking space costs EUR 16.00 per night.
For electric vehicles, 6 charging stations are available.

To continue offering you fair prices while also using resources responsibly, daily room cleaning for stays of 2 to a maximum of 13 nights is not provided automatically, but upon request.
Please inform the reception of your cleaning request by 6:00 pm the evening before. The cleaning service is, of course, free of charge. Fresh hand and bath towels as well as toilet paper are available free of charge at the reception at any time.
For stays longer than seven nights, your room will be cleaned automatically on the seventh day. Stays that were originally booked with a weekly cleaning schedule are excluded from this policy. However, you may request an additional cleaning at any time for an extra fee.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building and in the parking garage. This includes vaping and the use of e-cigarettes. If smoking occurs in a room, a deep-cleaning fee of EUR 250 will be charged, in addition to any costs incurred if the automatic fire alarm system is triggered and the fire department is dispatched. Repeated violations of the smoking ban will result in a permanent ban from the premises. Smoking is permitted outside the building in front of the hotel.
You are welcome to borrow umbrellas (subject to availability) free of charge from reception.
