Please help us to protect resources and use them sustainably. When leaving the room, please ensure that the lights and water are switched off/turned off and the windows are closed. If you do not need to change your towels/bath towels, please hang them on the hooks provided in the bathroom. We also ask you to avoid or separate waste wherever possible.
The cost of our garage is EUR 19.00 per day. Charging points for electric vehicles are also available there. Further information on the charging process is available at reception.

The kitchen is cleaned every 7 days or upon your departure.
Our laundry room is located in the basement. If you prefer to have your laundry cleaned instead, you can do so from Monday to Friday. Please use the laundry bag and the laundry list in your cupboard. If you hand in your laundry at reception before 8.00 am, it will usually be cleaned and returned to you the same evening.

Charging e-scooters and e-bikes is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including in guest rooms and all other areas. This policy ensures your safety and compliance with fire safety regulations. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend using appropriate charging facilities outside the hotel.
Bringing or accommodating pets is not permitted in our establishment.
Reception is staffed 24/7.
In order to continue offering fair and attractive prices despite rising operating costs while also using resources sustainably, daily room cleaning for stays of 2 to a maximum of 13 nights is no longer provided automatically, but only upon request.
Please inform our reception by 6:00 pm on the previous evening if you would like your room to be cleaned. This service naturally remains free of charge. Fresh hand and bath towels as well as toilet paper are available free of charge at the reception at any time.
For stays of seven nights or more, your room will be cleaned automatically on the seventh day. Thank you for your understanding and support.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to maintain a basic level of cleanliness and hygiene in your room. If excessive dirt or mess requires additional cleaning, we may need to charge a cleaning fee. In rare cases of extreme neglect, we reserve the right to terminate the accommodation agreement. Thank you for your understanding!
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building and in the parking garage. This includes vaping and the use of e-cigarettes. If smoking occurs in a room, a deep-cleaning fee of EUR 250 will be charged, in addition to any costs incurred if the automatic fire alarm system is triggered and the fire department is dispatched. Repeated violations of the smoking ban will result in a permanent ban from the premises. Smoking is permitted outside the building in front of the hotel.
The waste room is located on the 2nd basement level, and you are welcome to dispose of your waste there. Please separate your waste according to the designated bins provided. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask you not to leave waste or full trash bags in the hallway outside your room.
