There is a map on the inside of your room door showing you the escape routes and emergency exits.
Please help us to protect resources and use them sustainably. When leaving the room, please ensure that the lights and water are switched off/turned off and the windows are closed. If you do not need to change your towels/bath towels, please hang them on the hooks provided in the bathroom. We also ask you to avoid or separate waste wherever possible.
The cost of our garage is EUR 18.00 per day. Charging points for electric vehicles are also available there. Further information on the charging process is available at reception.

The kitchen is cleaned every 7 days or upon your departure.
Our laundry room is located in the basement. If you prefer to have your laundry cleaned instead, you can do so from Monday to Friday. Please use the laundry bag and the laundry list in your cupboard. If you hand in your laundry at reception before 8.00 am, it will usually be cleaned and returned to you the same evening.
Bringing or accommodating pets is not permitted in our establishment.
Reception is staffed 24/7.
If you want your room to be cleaned, please inform the reception by 6 PM the evening before – this service remains, of course, free of charge.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to maintain a basic level of cleanliness and hygiene in your room. If excessive dirt or mess requires additional cleaning, we may need to charge a cleaning fee. In rare cases of extreme neglect, we reserve the right to terminate the accommodation agreement. Thank you for your understanding!
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building and in the parking garage. If smoking occurs in the room, a deep cleaning fee of EUR 250 will be charged, in addition to any potential costs incurred if the automatic fire alarm system is triggered and requires a fire department response. Repeated violations of the smoking ban will result in a permanent ban from the premises. Smoking is permitted outside the building in front of the hotel.
The waste room is located on the 2nd basement level, and you are welcome to dispose of your waste there. Please separate your waste according to the designated bins provided. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask you not to leave waste or full trash bags in the hallway outside your room.
We have your budget in mind: save yourself the gym fee and use the facilities of the Living Hotel at Deutsches Museum. This is the right place for you. Come check out our free fitness room. Our cardio and weight machines will help you stay fit when traveling. Just convince yourself of the fitness program of our apartment hotel in the middle of Munich.
