- Rental period of one month or more: EUR 3.00
You can charge your e-vehicle here - with 100% green electricity. The charging boxes in our Living Hotels are equipped with type 2 plugs as standard.
The kitchen ventilation and the hobs only work when the light is switched on and the timer is activated.
Irons and ironing boards are installed in the laundry rooms in the basement of the "Charlotte" and "Gretchen" buildings, or are available for hire at reception. You can use the "WeWash" app for convenient and cashless washing and drying. Information on this is available in the app or at reception. You are also welcome to have your laundry dry-cleaned. Laundry is collected and returned for the laundry service on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please bring your laundry to reception by 09:00 in the morning at the latest.
Living Hotels FM is the in-house radio station of Living Hotels and will accompany you not only during your stay, but also beyond. Look forward to a hand-picked selection of acoustic, relax, and lounge sounds—perfectly tailored to every mood and ideal for an atmosphere of complete relaxation and well-being.
The mailboxes are located in the "Gretchen" house next to the reception in the mailroom.
Charging e-scooters and e-bikes is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including in guest rooms and all other areas. This policy ensures your safety and compliance with fire safety regulations. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend using appropriate charging facilities outside the hotel.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building and in the parking garage. This includes vaping and the use of e-cigarettes. If smoking occurs in a room, a deep-cleaning fee of EUR 250 will be charged, in addition to any costs incurred if the automatic fire alarm system is triggered and the fire department is dispatched. Repeated violations of the smoking ban will result in a permanent ban from the premises. Smoking is permitted outside the building in front of the hotel.
A table tennis table and the recreation room are located in the "Charlotte" house in the basement. Please contact reception to obtain keys, table tennis bats and balls.
You will find these in the "Gretchen" house next to the reception in the mail room.
