Please help us to protect resources and use them sustainably. When leaving the room, please ensure that the lights and water are switched off/turned off and the windows are closed. If you do not need to change your towels/bath towels, please hang them on the hooks provided in the bathroom. We also ask you to avoid or separate waste wherever possible.

We will be happy to bring an iron and ironing board to your apartment or hotel room. Many rooms also have trouser presses in the wardrobe. Please note: For safety reasons, make sure that trouser presses and irons are only placed in the cupboard when they have cooled down! You will also find irons and ironing boards in the laundry room (basement of the main building).

We are happy to offer you a laundry service for a fee. If you hand in your laundry at reception by 9.00 am from Monday to Friday, it will usually be returned to you on the same day.

The laundry room is located in the basement. You can wash and dry conveniently and without cash using the WeWash app. Please refer to the app for the current costs or ask at reception.

Living Hotels FM is the in-house radio station of Living Hotels and will accompany you not only during your stay, but also beyond. Look forward to a hand-picked selection of acoustic, relax, and lounge sounds—perfectly tailored to every mood and ideal for an atmosphere of complete relaxation and well-being.

Our hotel has 80 underground parking spaces. The price is EUR 20.00 per day. For our long-term guests we offer special rates, from 14 nights the price is EUR 8.00 per night. For renting parking spaces and garage boxes please contact the reception.

Our reception is open 24/7. You can reach us from your room by pressing the "M1" button on the telephone or alternatively by dialing "172".

In order to continue offering fair and attractive prices despite rising operating costs while also using resources sustainably, daily room cleaning for stays of 2 to a maximum of 13 nights is no longer provided automatically, but only upon request.
Please inform our reception by 6:00 pm on the previous evening if you would like your room to be cleaned. This service naturally remains free of charge. Fresh hand and bath towels as well as toilet paper are available free of charge at the reception at any time.
For stays of seven nights or more, your room will be cleaned automatically on the seventh day. Thank you for your understanding and support.

We are happy to serve you breakfast in your room on request. Please note that there is a surcharge of € 5.00 per person.

Various cosmetics and toiletries are available free of charge at reception.
