Please help us to protect resources and use them sustainably. When leaving the room, please ensure that the lights and water are switched off/turned off and the windows are closed. If you do not need to change your towels/bath towels, please hang them on the hooks provided in the bathroom. We also ask you to avoid or separate waste wherever possible.

Washing machines and dryers are available in our laundry room in the basement. You can wash and dry conveniently and without cash using the WeWash app. You can find the current costs in the app or ask at reception.
We are happy to offer you a laundry service for a fee. If you hand in your laundry at reception by 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, you will receive it back fresh on Friday.

Charging e-scooters and e-bikes is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including in guest rooms and all other areas. This policy ensures your safety and compliance with fire safety regulations. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend using appropriate charging facilities outside the hotel.

You can reach Berliner Allee on foot in approx. 7 minutes, where you will find various shopping facilities. A NETTO supermarket is also located 400m to the right of the hotel.
You can pick up your slippers and bathrobe free of charge at reception. We will also be happy to bring them to your room (phone: 600).
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building and in the parking garage. This includes vaping and the use of e-cigarettes. If smoking occurs in a room, a deep-cleaning fee of EUR 250 will be charged, in addition to any costs incurred if the automatic fire alarm system is triggered and the fire department is dispatched. Repeated violations of the smoking ban will result in a permanent ban from the premises. Smoking is permitted outside the building in front of the hotel.
We lend umbrellas free of charge at reception.
