Avoid daily room cleaning, protect the environment and support charitable organizations, because Living Hotels donates €4 for every cleaning that is not carried out. Select from a large selection of current newspapers and magazines and read them conveniently and free of charge on your notebook or mobile device. Please note that you must be connected to our free WIFI to use this offer.
Please help us to protect resources and use them sustainably. When leaving the room, please ensure that the lights and water are switched off/turned off and the windows are closed. If you do not need to change your towels/bath towels, please hang them on the hooks provided in the bathroom. We also ask you to avoid or separate waste wherever possible.

You will find an iron and ironing board in our laundry room in the basement of the hotel.
Washing machines and dryers are available in the utility room in the basement. Washing tokens are available at reception. If you have laundry to clean, please hand it in at reception by 09:00 and you will receive your laundry back by arrangement (Mon-Fri). If you hand in your laundry on Friday, you will receive it back the following Monday. We do not offer a cleaning service at weekends. Price lists are available in the closet together with a laundry bag.
You are welcome to leave suitcases and other items of luggage at reception. This service is free of charge for you. We are also happy to offer a free luggage service.

To conveniently order breakfast to your room, please place your order at our reception one day in advance.
Our restaurant Shezan offers room service from 11:30 am to 10:30 pm. For more information, please refer to the service card in your room.
Please note that our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. It is not allowed to smoke in any part of the hotel.
You will find a trouser press in the side of your closet. The ironing process takes 15 to 20 minutes. Please select the desired program and then press "Start".
