Adapter    

You have the possibility to borrow an adapter from the reception. Therefore we just need a deposit of € 20.00 which you get back when you return the adapter.

Additional bed

For more people in a room, we can offer you an extra bed.
Children till the age of 12 are free of charge, from 13 to 15 years we would charge € 17.50 and starting from 16 years it would be € 35.00.

Airport taxi

Our reception orders a taxi for you from and to the airport at any time.
The transfer costs 45,00€. If you are more than 4 people or in case that you have to many pieces of luggage you will require a mini bus which costs 65,00€.

Arrival          

Starting from 02:00 p.m. you can check-in in our hotel. If you arrive before 02:00 p.m., please let us know in advance. Otherwise we are not able to guarantee that your room will be ready. After completing the registration form you will get your guest-card and your room key.

Bank    

There is a “UniCredit Bank Austria” just next to the entrance of the Hotel “Bristol”, which is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m., Thursday until 05:30 p.m. Furthermore there is a “Erste Bank” just a bit further the Kärntnerstr. which is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m., Thursday until 05:30 p.m.

Bar & Coffee Shop

Due to the centrality there a couple of nice bars coffees and restaurants around such as the “Mozart Cafe” or the famous “Cafe Sacher”. For further details please contact reception.

Check-out is until 11:00 a.m. If the availability is given, we can offer you a free late check-out until 02:00 p.m., after 02:00 p.m. there will be an additional charge.

Our reception reserves with pleasure apartments and hotel rooms for you in our DERAG Livinghotels in Berlin, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, Nuremberg and Weimar.

Only a short walk to the “Kärntner Ring 2,  you will find the drugstore “dm”, which offers a wide range of cosmetic and toilet articles as well as films and photo development. Opening hours:

Key

You are more than welcome to leave your key at the reception when leaving your apartment. If you need an additional key, please contact our reception.
We want to inform you that, if you lose your key we have to charge you € 260.00 for changing all affected locks.

Laundrette

On the basement floor you find the guest-laundry, which is open all day and night. For using the machines you are in need of 50-Cent coins. Washing costs 1, 00€ and drying 2,00€. Using an iron and an iron board is free of charge.
Please notice the operating instructions and the laundry rules.

Laundry Service

We can offer you a service for dry-cleaning, washing and ironing to be done by a professional cleaning-company. Please fill in the list inside your wardrobe, which also shows you the prices for the different services and put it together with your laundry into one of the laundry-bags. Please write your room number and the date onto the bag and hand it over to the reception before 09:00 a.m. You will get your laundry back on the next working day. If you need it on the same day, an express charge of 50% will be added. Your laundry will be delivered at 07:00 p.m.
On Saturday, Sunday and public holiday the service delays to the next working days.

Minibar

As a present of the house, there are 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of beer in your fridge.

Pharmacy

The nearest pharmacy is located just opposite the State Opera. If that one is closed, please ask our reception staff for the closest pharmacy on duty.

Police  

The closest police department is situated in “Goethegasse” which is only a 10-minutes walk.  In case of emergency please dial the telephone number 133.

Public transportation    

A map of Vienna is included in this information folder. This map shows you an overview of all public transportation. You can get different kinds of tickets in a tobacconist shop and at automatic machines at the stations. In about 50 metres of the hotel entrance, there is a major station which is called “Karlsplatz from where you can purchase tickets. For further information please ask our staff at the reception, who will be glad to help you.

Our staff at the reception will be pleased to be at your service all day and night for your questions, problems and reservations. If you want to reach the reception via telephone from your room please dial “5901”.

Registration    

The registration-sheet, which you completed at the check-in, is value for a stay up to 3 months. If you stay longer, we would like to remind you to register at the urban administration (Wipplingerstraße 8) as secondary residence.

Repairs

Please report all defects and damages to the reception desk. We will try everything to get all repair works done as quickly as possible.

Restaurant 

For any recommendations or table reservations please do not hesitate to contact the reception.

Safe    

We recommend to our entire guest to deposit their valuables in their room safe.
Our hotel assumes no liability for valuables, which are kept in the room.

Supermarkets

Just vis-à-vis, you can find a “Spar” supermarket which is open from Monday to Friday 07:30 a.m. till 08:00 p.m. and on Saturday 08:30 a.m. till 06:00 p.m.

Taxi  

No matter if to the city or to the airport – our reception will order you a taxi at any time.
