You can regulate the room temperature yourself pushing the +/- buttons. By pressing the according symbol buttons, you can operate the fan. Please remember to put your key card into the slot next to your room door and – if using air conditioning – ensure that all windows are closed.

Our beer garden is located at the back of our hotel. Opening hours from May 1st to September 30th, Monday to Saturday from 03:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Sunday 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm (only in summer).

The hotel offers various conference or event rooms with the latest technology.
At the reception you can purchase a selection of toiletries.(toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable razors, shaving cream, sanitary products for woman). Dial: 600.
Waive the daily room cleaning, protect the environment and support the Tierheim Berlin. We donate 4€ for each cleaning not performed (including bed linen and towel change).

Our Gym centre is situated in the basement of our hotel. You may use the sauna, the Infrared cabin and the Gym equipment for free. Please be advised that the use of all equipment is at your own risk. The sauna is open daily from 04.00p.m. to 10.00p.m. The fitness area is open 24 hours.
The bar is located opposite the reception. It’s open from Mon to Fri 04:00 pm – 12:00 am.

Please deliver your clothes to the reception untill 9.00a.m. A price list is displayed in your hotel room. We do the ironing for you as well.
The laundry room is located in the basement. With the WeWash app, you can wash and dry comfortably and cashlessly. The costs amount to EUR 3.60 per wash cycle or EUR 2.10 for drying.
