The Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth is home to one of the city’s best restaurants – no exaggeration: Shane’s, which offers a fusion of European and Asian cuisine. Shane McMahon’s speciality is the surprise menu, which is tailored to visitors’ individual palettes. Spontaneous, creative, top quality, while still being down-to-earth. In short, a restaurant fully in keeping with the spirit of the hotel and the artistic flair of the Glockenbach district. Open in the evenings from 6 pm; closed Sunday and Monday.

In an elegant, open and stylish atmosphere, the newly designed restaurant offers room for up to 75 people. Tablecloths are history. Shane and his team consciously focus on a fresh look, wooden table tops provide for a cosy ambience. There's not supposed to be any fears of contact, neither in a personal, nor in a culinary sense.
