Washing and ironing are done by a professional cleaning company. Please fill in the list inside your wardrobe, which also shows you the prices for the different services and include it with your laundry into one of the laundry-bags. Please write your room number and the date on to the bag and hand it over to the reception before 09:00 a.m. You will get your laundry back on the next working day. If you need it on the same day, an express charge of 50% will be added. Your laundry will be delivered by 07:00 p.m. On Saturday, Sunday and public holiday the service delays to the next working day.

You can find a location plan viewing your nearest escape route and emergency exit on the back of your room door.
For additional people in a room, we can offer you an extra bed. Children under 12 are free of charge, from 13 to 15 years you will be charged € 15,00. 16 years and older would be an additional € 30,00.
You have the possibility to park your car in our underground car park. You can rent a parking space for € 16,00 per night, from a stay of 7 nights for € 13,00 per night, from 15 nights for € 8,00 per night and from 30 nights for € 6,00 per night.
Please note that it is not permitted to park your vehicle in front of our hotel at anytime. Vehicles that are parked in this area, could be ticketed by the police or will be towed at the owner’s expense.
You can iron your clothes in our laundry in the celery or you rent one at the reception desk.
Your kitchen is equipped with a kitchen set.
Our guest laundry in the basement is available daily from 0:00 to 24:00. For operation please download the app “WeWash”. For €4,50 per wash you can use our washing machines, for €4,00 per dry load you can use our dryers. The detergent is already included in the price. We provide an iron and ironing board free of charge.

You have the possibility to rent a storage box for your luggage and other bulky goods at the amount of € 1.00 per night.
Our staff will be happy to help you with your luggage from Monday to Friday 07:00 a.m. till 07:00 p.m. and Saturday, Sunday and public holiday 07:00 a.m. till 05:00 p.m.
As a present from the house, there are 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of beer in your fridge free of charge.
The nearest pharmacy is located on the other side of the street at the corner of Sieveringerstr. and Obkirchergasse. If this one is closed, please ask our reception staff for the nearest pharmacy on duty.
In a few minutes walking distance you will find tram 38, bus 39A and rapid transit S45.
Our staff at reception will be pleased to be at your service all day and night for your questions, helps, reservations, city tours and concert bookings. If you want to reach the reception via telephone from your room please dial “100”.

Also, you can enjoy your breakfast in the comfort of your room. For that service, we charge an extra € 7.00 per order. Please contact the service by 9:00 am at the latest on extension 785. They will also be happy to inform you about the breakfast offer.
We urge all of our guests to deposit their valuables in a safe-box at the reception, if there is no safe in your room. Our hotel assumes no liability for valuables, which are kept in the room.
In our hotel are only non-smoking rooms, but you could enjoy your cigarette on the balcony. If you have a room without balcony, just ask at the reception for availability.
You find the next underground station Gostenhof U1 or U11 around the corner to the left side on the Fürther Staße (100 m).
Next to the hotel there is a “Billa” supermarket located, which is open from Monday thru Friday 7.40 am till 08.00 pm and on Saturday 7.40 am till 6.00 pm
You have also the possibility to buy items in “Spar”, which is situated next to our hotel. It is open from Monday thru Friday 7.30 am till 7.30 pm and on Saturday 7.30 am till 6.00 pm.
We are happy to order a cab to and from the airport at any time. The cost for this is €37.00. For 5 passengers or more, an additional charge may apply. If you have more luggage, or need a child seat, we also ask you to let us know.

Our wellness & fitness centre is located on the basement floor. The facilities offer sauna,solarium and a variety of different exercise equipment.
The fitness centre is daily open from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., sauna is open at 05:00 p.m. Please read the operating instructions.
For the use of the solarium you need a coin, which you can buy at the reception to a price of € 7.00 (for about 15 min).
You can enter the wellness and fitness centre with your room key. We kindly ask in the interest of all our guests, to visit the centre only with clean sport shoes and suitable clothes, to consider the usual hygienic guidelines. The use of the work-out machines and the whole fitness-area is at your own risk.
