Live and work surrounded by nature, close to the legendary Olympiapark – and make your way to the heart of the city in just a few minutes thanks to good transport connections. Go for a stroll through the Olympiapark, pay a visit to Nymphenburg Palace or go on an extended city tour. And then at the end of the day, you can return to this idyllic neighborhood. It doesn’t get more relaxed than that.

The driveway is approx. 100m away from the hotel. Please pick up a key card at the reception before entering.
You can charge your electric car here. As sustainability is very important to us, our plugs solely supply 100% green electricity – we promise. The charging stations in our Living Hotels are mainly equipped with type 2 plugs.
Public Transport
Station Gern within a short walking distance. U1 takes only a short time to the central station with connection to subway, suburban trains and bus lines. The central bus station with connection to long-distance bus lines can be reached within a few minutes.
