Life is colorful – just like us. The people who work in our Living Hotels don’t just contribute their time and expertise, they also bring their own character. In every color of the rainbow. Together, we are authentic, curious, professional – and a real family.

We think that everyone is perfect just as they are. No matter what their origin, culture, gender, sexuality, disability or favorite kind of ice cream. We live and work according to this conviction every day. To ensure it stays that way, we launched the Living Hotels Diversity Network at the start of 2019.

Fifty years of Stonewall – we’re celebrating too

Almost no other industry is as open and warm-hearted as the hotel industry: in our Living Hotels, a huge variety of people from all over the world come together, and every one of them is welcome. We think that should be the case everywhere. That’s why we’re showing our colors and shouting from the rooftops how much fun love and tolerance can be.

On July 13 and 14, 2019, we’re celebrating the Munich Christopher Street Day on our livingqueer truck – and also commemorating the New Yorkers who made a stand 50 years ago at Stonewall, and refused to be arrested for their so-called “indecent behavior”. It was a key moment in the history of the Gay Pride movement and one that we should never forget.
