Dry Cleaning Laundry (Monday to Friday)
Please deliver your clothes to the reception by 8.00 a.m. The cleaned clothes will be returned at the same day approx 6.00 p.m. if you mark EXPRESS and in two working days if you mark normal. A price list is displayed in your hotel room.
Extra bed / Baby bed
On request we provide you an extra bed or a baby bed. Please contact our front desk.
Extra charges
Any additional costs as telephone, laundry, food and beverage, coins for drying will be charged on your room account. An account statement informs you as soon as your account obtains EUR 100.00. We kindly ask you then to settle the invoice within the next three days.
Extra pillow /Extra cover
Extra pillow and extra cover are available at the reception.

A fax can be send at the reception (service charge).
Internet / WIFI
The hotel is equipped with WIFI. The use of internet is free of charge. To enter the internet, just add your ID code, your room number and your last name on the login page. The provider is called: Livinghotel.

Kids
Traveling with your kids, please note the special rates:
1 child up to 12 years stays free of charge in the parents’ room.
1 child from 13-15 years stays for EUR 12.50 in the parents’ room (breakfast extra EUR 8.00).
1 child from 16 years stays for EUR 25.00 in the parents’ room (breakfast extra EUR 16.00).
For any additional children we charge EUR 25.00 in the parents’ room excluding breakfast, without age limit.
Kitchenette
Your kitchen is equipped with a basic kitchen set in our apartments. Please note: your hot plates only work when the shutter is pulled up totally, the light turns on and the timer is switched on. Please do not turn back the timer.

Parking
We offer several spaces in our basement garage. Please contact the reception before entering the garage. The price for parking is EUR 19.00 per night and space and renting a parking for at least 30 days the charge is EUR 5.00 per night and space.

You find the next underground stations Goetheplatz and Frauenhoferstraße 10 minutes from here. The bus stops 58 and 132 are nearby.
Registration
Registration office, Ruppertstraße 11, 80337 München, Tel. +49 (0)89 233-96000 (Citizens Advice Bureau). Staying for more than 3 months, an official registration is required.
Restaurant
The restaurant “Shanes” is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 6.00 p.m. to midnight. In case of room service, a charge of EUR 5.00 will be charged. To order, please dial: 194. A menu is added to the information brochure in your room.

Sauna area
In our mezzanine floor you can find a sauna. Keys for lockers you get at the reception. Towels are available. The sauna area is open daily from 5.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. The using of the sauna area is included in the room rate. Please be advised that the use of all equipment is on your own risk.
Shoeshine service
The shoeshine machine is located on the way to the elevator.

You will find the washing room in the basement. Coins for the drying are sold at the front desk (EUR 3.00 each) in 50 cent coins. Washing is free of charge.
